Haitian Foundation for Humanity, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose purpose is to prevent hunger and homelessness by providing emergency assistance, one family at a time.

We began our quest by helping the families that were affected by the devastating earthquake and aftershocks in Haiti in January 2010.

​

Haitian Foundation for Humanity Inc partnered with Businesses of Atlanta (BOA) to implement a Thanksgiving Turkey Drive designed to support families experiencing food insecurity during the holiday season. The initiative focused on ensuring families had access to a nutritious Thanksgiving meal while fostering dignity, hope, and community connection.

 

Community Collaboration

This program was made possible through a collaborative partnership with Businesses of Atlanta (BOA), whose support and engagement strengthened outreach efforts and expanded the program’s reach. By leveraging community and business partnerships, the Foundation was able to maximize impact and efficiently serve families in need.

 

Program Impact

Through the Thanksgiving Turkey Drive, families received turkeys and holiday meal support, helping to reduce financial strain during a critical time of year. The program directly contributed to:

 

Increased food access for families during the Thanksgiving holiday.

 

Relief from economic hardship for households facing seasonal challenges.
